Rosa's path to her digital transformation master's
In a hospital in Mexico, psychologist Rosa Ramírez looks after people who urgently need help. The work shapes the young Mexican, who likes her job but senses that there is so much more to discover in the world. She sets out on a journey, spending time in Canada and the United Kingdom before coming to Germany.
"It's a strange feeling, but I knew right away that this is where I belong. I like the honesty and see the opportunities for my personal development here." Since September, she has been studying at?ISM Berlin in the part-time Master’s program M.A. Management and is supported by an ISM scholarship.
Rosa's journey is not just a trip through different countries. The 29-year-old with indigenous roots needed the change to find out what she really wants from life. She has actually arrived in Berlin - a feeling she hasn't had in a long time. While working for a software developer in the field of e-health, she became interested in business knowledge and started looking for further education.
The specialization in Human Resources Management & Digital Transformation is a perfect fit for Rosa. She can study in German and apply her knowledge directly in practice. "I want to develop into a data and technology management executive. ISM offers me everything I need to achieve my goal." The scholarship allows Rosa to fully concentrate on her studies. "I am grateful for the scholarship. The financial support motivates me and will push me to do the best I can."
Rosa's goal is to become a thought leader for the digital transformation of healthcare. What are your goals? ISM's?student advisors will help you set your course and advise you on the various financing options.
